More than one-off training sessions, Meg develops long-term, personalized coaching solutions. She’s well versed in individualized in-person coaching with a laser focus on technique analysis and movement modification. She also works exclusively remotely with many athletes both competitive and recreational. Meg believes in developing the whole athlete and puts a huge emphasis on mental training, mindfulness, and character development to achieve climbing success.

She uses detailed and well explained personal video analysis, highly structured strength and conditioning plans delivered to you daily through an easy to use app, and specific-to-you mental training.
