How we train.
In person.
If you live in or around Denver, CO or can travel here, in person training is available for you. This is an incredible way to fast-track your progress. Training sessions are typically 2 hours and structured according to your training cycle and goals. Meg is also available for guest training or travel.
Video Analysis.
Video analysis is a powerful tool used to provide meaningful feedback. Used well, it can lead to rapid improvements. Meg uses voice-over narration, slow-motion, and other premium analysis tools to highlight points of emphasis so athletes can make meaningful changes in technique and strategy.
Remote Programming.
It all begins with a good plan. Meg builds structured training plans customized to your schedule and the equipment you have available. She incorporates strength, conditioning, and mobility in addition to climbing-specific programming.
Competitions.
Meg is available to support athletes at comps for warmups, in iso, with appeals, and for feedback and debrief post-comp and between rounds.
Communication.
Communication is a big part of the puzzle. Meg uses facetime, real-time workout messaging, and post-workout support. Depending on your plan, Meg is available for as little or as much communication as you need to stay motivated and consistent.
Make the Plan Your Own.
Your program is completely customizable. You’ll work with Meg to add the elements that are important to you from programming and video analysis to weekly or biweekly facetime coaching sessions.
